Bearing damage or uncleanness; spindle front cover and box cover grinding; lubricating grease exhausted or too much grease applied
1. Maintenance of the main transmission chain of CNC machine tools
1. Be familiar with the structure and performance parameters of the main transmission chain;
2. Pay attention to the temperature and oil volume of the spindle oil tank;
3. If the main transmission chain fails, stop the machine immediately to troubleshoot;
4. Prevent the loss caused by belt slippage;
5. Regularly observe the pressure gauge of the hydraulic system;
6. Pay attention to keeping the connection between the spindle and the tool handle and the tool handle clean;
7. Clean the filter and replace the hydraulic pump oil filter every year;
8. Check the spindle lubrication thermostatic oil tank every day to ensure sufficient oil;
9. Prevent various impurities from entering the oil tank and keep the oil clean;
10. Timely adjust the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder piston in the spindle;
11. Check the compressed air pressure frequently and adjust it to the standard requirement value.
2. Fault diagnosis of the main transmission chain of CNC machine tools
1. Spindle heating
Bearing damage or uncleanness; scratches on the front cover of the spindle and the cover of the box; exhaustion of lubricating grease or excessive grease.
2. Spindle noise
Lack of lubrication, poor balance of large and small belts; uneven meshing clearance of gears or damage to gears; damage or bending of the transmission shaft.
3. Lubricating oil leakage
Too much lubricating oil; whether the seal is damaged; pipe fittings are damaged.
4. The tool cannot be clamped
The displacement of the disc spring is small; whether the nut on the tool clamp spring is loose.
5. The tool cannot be loosened after clamping
The loosening spring is too tight; the pressure and stroke of the hydraulic cylinder are not enough.
6. The spindle stops during strong cutting
The belt connecting the motor and the spindle is too loose; there is oil on the belt surface and it has been used for too long; the friction clutch is adjusted too loose or worn.
7. The spindle has no lubricating oil circulation or insufficient lubrication
The oil pump is not turning correctly or the clearance is too large; the oil suction pipe is not inserted below the oil level of the oil tank; the oil pipe or oil filter is blocked; the lubricating oil pressure is insufficient.
